Danish UX Copy Writer

Are you passionate about creating intuitive and accessible digital solutions that make a difference for millions of users? Our client is looking for a UX Copy Writer for a part-time role in their CX team. The workload varies significantly from an average of 25% to 100%, but it will be planned together with the team for optimal setup.

The client is a provider of secure identity solutions. Previous experience with this is an advantage.

Your responsibilities:

  • Write user-centered microcopy in Danish and English
  • Produce clear, accessible help and guidance content for channels such as the client’s main website and related support materials
  • Collaborate iteratively and cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and UX designers
  • Align and agree with stakeholders on the customer side
  • Use specific terminology, guidelines, and writing principles for the content
  • Work hands-on in the client’s CMS system, Umbraco, and in the localization tool, Lokalise
  • Take part in design reviews and provide feedback and coaching when needed
  • Make data-informed decisions with insights from research and user testing.

Your experience and profile:

  • Degree in Danish/English or equivalent, proven experience in professional writing
  • Strong experience writing content for web and app interfaces, including microcopy, labels, and user flows
  • Experience communicating complex topics in natural language to the general public
  • Skilled in writing for diverse audiences with an accessible, inclusive approach
  • Confident working with a CMS and/or localization tools
  • Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented with a holistic view of the user experience
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across teams
  • Strong experience in collaborating with customers and a multitude of stakeholders
  • Can commit to a long-term, part-time role
  • Manage varying workloads with a flexible, structured approach (approx. 15 hours/week)
