Hey guys!

We're looking for a sharp copywriter to join our team full-time. This is a producing role: you'll be writing first drafts across everything we publish, working to briefs and direction from our Head of Marketing, who sets the angles and does the final pass.

What You'll Do:

• Write long-form video scripts for our YouTube channel. This is the largest part of the role and the reason we're hiring, so it's what we'll be assessing hardest
• Write lead magnets, landing pages and funnel copy for new offers and campaigns
• Write LinkedIn and X content
• Work from briefs, research packs and raw material provided by the marketing team, and know what to do with them

What We're Looking For:

• Demonstrable long-form writing. Video scripts ideally, but articles, sales pages or VSLs count. We want to see something substantial you've written end to end
• Social copywriting for X and LinkedIn, ideally in a B2B or business context. Writing in someone else's voice is a large part of this
• Direct response instincts. Lead magnets, landing pages and funnel copy are conversion work, not brand writing
• Genuine research ability. A lot of this job is finding the substance before writing a word
• Comfortable working from briefs. You'll be writing to our angles and standard, at least at first
• Detail-oriented, with a sharp eye for accuracy
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience writing educational or walkthrough video scripts
• Familiarity with paid media, performance marketing or eCommerce. You don't need to have run campaigns, but understanding what a conversion rate or a campaign structure is will get you productive faster
• Experience working at or with a marketing agency
• Comfortable using AI as a drafting tool under direction, rather than as a substitute for judgement
• Experience writing case studies from raw data and client results
