What You'll Do
- Own the localization process for all channel marketing assets, including campaigns, web content, sales enablement materials, partner communications, and event materials
- Ensure all content is adapted—not just translated—to reflect regional nuances, terminology, regulatory considerations, and market maturity
- Oversee translation and localization of website content across core languages
- Manage relationships with translation and localization agencies
- Leverage AI-based translation tools to improve speed and efficiency while maintaining quality control
- Serve as the primary interface between Channel Marketing and Corporate teams for localization needs
- Manage localization workflows using centralized project management tools
- Track progress across multiple concurrent projects
What You'll Bring
- Experience in marketing localization, translation management, or international marketing coordination
- Strong understanding of the difference between translation and true localization
- Experience managing agencies and external vendors
- Familiarity with AI-assisted translation tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong quality control mindset
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Ability to communicate clearly across corporate and regional teams
- Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Asana or similar tools)
