‍Role Description The Certified Translation (Project Manager) role at Lekhak.app is a part-time hybrid position based in the Greater Delhi Area, with flexibility for some work from home. The person in this role will coordinate end-to-end translation projects, including receiving client requests, clarifying scope and requirements, and assigning tasks to translators or AI workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring project timelines, ensuring certified quality standards, reviewing translations for accuracy and consistency, and organizing revisions when needed. The role also involves communicating with clients about project status, managing expectations, and handling basic customer service queries related to document formats, language combinations, and delivery. The Project Manager will collaborate with technical and operations teams to improve processes, document best practices, and contribute to continuous quality enhancement.
