TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Bilingual Delivery Manager (Spanish/English)

Job Description

This is a 3 month contract located in Toronto, ON/ Hybrid (2 days/ week)

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

•8-9 years of experience in Agile project management or Scrum Master roles, with at least 5 years focused on data-related projects (e.g., data engineering, data analytics, or data warehousing).

•Knowledge in Databricks and Azure

•Proven track record of delivering data products or solutions in the banking or financial services industry, with knowledge of international banking regulations (e.g., GDPR, MiFID II, or equivalent).

•Strong experience facilitating cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed organization.

•Hands-on experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

•Spanish language

Nice-To-Have Skills:

•Data engineering workflows (e.g., ETL processes, data pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP).

•Familiarity with data governance, data quality frameworks, and compliance requirements in banking.

•Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices and data-driven delivery.

Soft Skills Required:

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Effective communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Education:

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.

•A Master’s degree is considered an asset.
