This role goes beyond translation — you will own the full Azerbaijani-language experience across our product, website, app, and marketing channels. The ideal candidate brings native Azerbaijani fluency and high English proficiency, with deep cultural insight into the Azerbaijani crypto and fintech space. We are looking for someone equally passionate about localization quality, organic growth, and product experience — a candidate who can bridge linguistic expertise with strategic thinking to help us win in the Azerbaijani market. Marketing & Content StrategyQualifications: • Native proficiency in Azerbaijani and fluency in English. • Minimum 3+ years of experience in translation, localization, content, or a related language role. • Proficiency and experience with localization workflows, including translation memories, termbase management, and TMS platforms. • Strong understanding of the culture, digital landscape, and market preferences of Azerbaijani-speaking regions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. • An analytical mindset — you can evaluate content performance and recommend datadriven improvements. • Comfort working cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and growth teams. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
